As a first gen Mexican- American, I know first hand the lack of culturally competent leadership development supporting Latina professionals and women of color. As the Latina population continues to grow in higher education and graduation rates, we are now in more spaces than ever before. It is vital, Latinas are appropriately supported to continue to pave these paths.
Built on everything I wished I had and needed as a First-gen Latina leader. My mission is clear, to address the recurring theme that I first hand experienced, the lack of professional and leadership development for Latina Leaders and women of color. To help rebuild and empower these women after the systems have failed and broken them down.
Workshop Facilitation
My workshops offer actionable tools and trauma-informed strategies to help Latina professionals reclaim their agency, foster resilience, and cultivate liberated career spaces. Each workshop is crafted to create an inclusive, hands-on environment for growth and empowerment.
Healing from Toxic Work Environment
This workshop supports participants in recognizing signs of toxicity, processing their impact, and developing a personalized plan to rebuild and thrive.
Trauma-Informed Leadership Skills
Providing tools for leaders to adopt trauma-informed approaches, this workshop prepares participants to effectively support their teams, especially within high-stress or healing-oriented fields.
Recent Collaborations
Serving as a learning partner and workshop leader for a multi-session learning series centered on increasing awareness and knowledge around accessibility, it's importance, and how to adapt and address needs within and outside of the organization.
