I’m a Mexican American, first-gen, bicultural Latina leader. I know firsthand the challenges faced when navigating systems that don’t always see you for who you are. I’ve spent over a decade working as a licensed therapist leader, specializing as an expert in trauma informed care and education, creating healing spaces where people can feel safe to be themselves. But more than that, I’m a heart centered leader and a fierce advocate of our community.
